Police arrested and charged Andre Balcombe, 17 years old Labourer of Langley Park, located on the North East Coast of St Vincent.

He was charged for unlawfully and maliciously wounding Dave Jack, 54 years old Farmer also from Langley Park.

According to reports, Jack was struck in the head with a bottle. The incident occurred on the 06 June 2018 about 2:00 pm.
