Keseen Cain, a 19 year’s old unemployed man of Diamonds Village, is currently in custody assisting the police with the investigation in relation to the murder of Brenda Layne.
The 48-year-old Security officer of Rillan Hill/Chauncey met her demised at, Lower Bay Street at about 6:45 am on the 22nd August 2018.
Brenda Layne’s death marks the 21st murder recorded in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for 2018.
