Police arrested and charged Oswin Ballantyne, 45 years old Gardener of Sion Hill for Indecent Assault on a Minor, on 26th August 2018.
According to investigations, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on 20th August 2018 at Sion Hill, Ballantyne indecently assaulted a 10-year-old minor by feeling her vagina with his hand.
Ballantyne is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charges.
