Police arrested and charged Enrico Jack, 29 years old Labourer of Lowmans Hill for Rape, on 06th September 2018.
On 01st September 2018 about 01:00 a.m. at Lowmans Hill, Jack allegedly had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 19-year-old Security Guard who at the time of the intercourse did know consent to it.
Jack is expected to appear before the Family Court for trial.
