Police arrested and charged Niclon King, 30 years old labourer of South Rivers with Criminal Assault and Criminal Trespass, on 10th October 2018.
Investigations revealed that on 27th August 2018 about 12:30 p.m. at South Rivers, King, allegedly assaulted a 26 year old Labourer of South Rivers by pointing a shotgun at his face and entered upon his property with the intent of committing the offence of wounding.
King also on 27th August 2018 about 09:50 p.m. at South Rivers, allegedly assaulted a 36 year old Labourer of the same address by pointing a shotgun at his face and entered upon his property with the intent of committing the offence of wounding.
The accused man is expected to appear before the Magistrates Court to answer the Charges.
