Police arrested and charged Daniel Marshall, a 35 year old Labourer of Mesopotamia, for the offence Assault causing Actual Bodily Harm.
According investigations, on the 19th September 2018 about 7:25pm, Marshall allegedly wounded a 28 year old Labourer also of Mesopotamia by beating him about his body with a piece of stick and a hammer causing actual bodily harm.
The incident occurred at Freeland.
