Police have arrested and charged Fitzroy Baptiste, a 49 year old Supervisor of Argyle for (1) Indecently Assaulting and (2) Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a 12 years old student.
According to investigations, between January 1st and 31st, 2018, Baptiste allegedly indecently assaulted the 12 years old student and between 01st September 2018 and 02nd November 2018 had Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with the aforementioned student.
The alleged incidents occurred at Arglye.
Baptiste is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charge.
