Police in St Vincent have arrested and charged Rathuel Samuel, a 65-year old Mason, with the offence of Indecent Assault.
Indecent assault is an offence of aggravated assault in some common law-based jurisdictions. It is characterised as a sex crime and has significant overlap with offences referred to as sexual assault.
According to investigations, Samuel between 01.05.2018 and 08.12.2018 indecently assaulted a 9-year-old student.
