Recent Bills to be rescinded once NDP forms Government

1 Min Read

A number of bills passed by the Governmemt since being re-elected could be thrown out of the window, if the NDP gets it wish and forms the government.

The Bills deal with parliamentarians no longer having to swear allegiance to the Queen of England and harsh punishment for those convicted of cyber bullying.

Following the passage of the Bills, parliamentary representative for West Kingstown, Daniel Cummings, stated that an NDP government will rescind all bills passed by the ULP administration that took office after the December 9th elections.

Cummings made it clear that the present administration is illegitimate and does not have the authority to pass legislation in parliament.
