Police have arrested and charged Emmanuel Johnson, 51 years old Technician with several counts of Indecent assault and Abduction on 08.03.19.
The accused on multiple occasions allegedly indecently assaulted an 11-year-old Student between 24.09.18 and 25.09.18.
The accused was also charged with several counts of Abduction, where he allegedly forced the minor to his apartment complex on numerous occasions.
Johnson is expected to appear before the Family Court’s Magistrate to answer the charge.
