Two Vincentians On Interpol's Wanted List

As of  June 22nd, 2016,Three hundred and twelve nationals from 16 Caribbean nations are on Interpol, the world’s largest international police organization’s Wanted Persons List.

Two of these of 300 hundred persons are from the island of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

“Kshawn Zran Rocque”, 24, who is wanted for murder in the first degree in Canada, “Kshawn Rocque is wanted in relation to the drive-by shooting of Fehmi Sen in Montreal, Québec, Canada. On May 30th, 2013, Fehmi Sen and two friends were standing near a park in the Côte-des-neiges area in Montreal when Rocque fired shots at him from a black moving vehicle.

Paramedics on the scene brought Sen to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.”

The RCMP, however, noted as of Thursday 23rd June that the file on Rocque has been Concluded.

The second individual is “Cecil Gregory Boatswain”, 46, who is being sought for,(1) Conspiracy to Import 5 Kilograms or more of Cocaine 2) Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute 5 Kilograms or more of Cocaine 3) Importation of 500 Grams or more of Cocaine (2 counts) 4) Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or more of Cocaine (2 counts) 5) Importation of 5 kilograms or more of cocaine 6) Possession with Intent to Distribute 5 Kilograms or more of cocaine

1) Conspiracy to Import 5 Kilograms or more of Cocaine and 1 Kilogram or more of Heroin 2) Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute 5 Kilograms or more of Cocaine and 1 Kilogram or more of Heroin 3) False statements on an application for a United States Passport PASSPORT.
