Police have arrested and charged Jefferson Brackin, a 40 year old Farmer of Magum with offences of Criminal Assault and Threats on 02.02.2020.
According to investigations, the accused man allegedly pointed a firearm at a 60-year-old Farmer of Sandy Bay and threatened to discharge the firearm at him. The incident occurred at Magum on 02.02.2020.
Brackin is expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court to answer the Charges.
