Police have arrested and charged Ronald Millington, 36 years old Vendor, Daniel Delpesche, 19 years old Student and Zachery Haywood, 18 years Labourer all of Murray Village with assault.
According to investigations, the accused men allegedly pushed a 50 year old Mechanic over an embankment causing him to fall on his face and shoulders. The incident occurred at Murray Village about 7:00am on 20.04.20.
The accused men appeared before the Serious Offences Court to answer to the charge. Millington pleaded not guilty while Delpesche and Haywood pleaded guilty. The matter was adjourned to 21/09/2020 and transferred to the Kingstown Magistrates Court. They are presently on station bail.
