(NEWS784) – Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves has made it clear that the country will go to the polls before the end of the year.
Gonsalves did not declare the precise date for the elections while speaking on NBC Radio.
He says protocols will have to be put in place to have the elections since the world is still in the midst of a pandemic.
Gonsalves said that the Supervisor of Elections has submitted requests already to BRAGSA – Roads, Buildings & General Services Authority in preparations for the elections.
