The National Insurance Services would like to inform all prospective applicants that all registration forms must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID card.
Applicants are asked to note that a valid ID card can be in the form a National Identification Card, a Passport or a Driver’s License.
All applications received without this will be deemed as incomplete and will not be processed until receipt of such.
