The yearly donation, the third of its kind, saw students receiving stationery which included exercise books, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, crayons and loose leaves.

In the past, donations have been made to students from in and around Kingstown and students in Vermont.

Shena Crystal Williams, head of the foundation, said the foundation is a charitable entity aimed at helping with the education of the less fortunate children in society.

The Clarice Williams Foundation was set up in honour of businesswoman Merle Williams who passed away on November 27th, 2016.
