Police have arrested and charged Shirnette Richards, 37 year old Vendor of Largo Height Village with the offence of wounding on 11.12.2020.
According to investigations, about 9:30pm on 11.12.2020 the Accused woman allegedly unlawfully and maliciously wounded a 40 year old Labourer of the same address by stabbing him on the left side of his head with a knife. The incident occurred at Little Tokyo.
The Accused woman appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charge and pleaded not guilty. Station bail was continued and the matter was adjourned to 9.03.21.
