The leader of the Opposition Arnhim Eustace was involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier this morning.
According to party talk show host Clemroy François, the accident was not life-threatening.
Francois said Eustace was at the time when he made the announcement speaking with the police.
The talk show hosts also indicated that Eustace would be late for his regular Monday discourse with the nation.
