With 24 months to go before completion of the Black Sands Resort and Villas in the Mt Wynne-Peter’s Hope area, some 65 persons have already placed their bid to secure one of the 55 high-end villas to be built.
Moreover, while the developers have not disclosed the price as yet, Joesph Romano of Pace Development said 8 of the Villa’s have already been reserved for local purchase.
“ Already there is so much interest, and we have not even advertised as yet”.
“ We have 65 persons who are on a list, who have been qualified by us, we vet individuals who wish to purchase”.
Romano said, among having proof of funds; persons must have a clean criminal background.
Black Sands is expected to be completed in 24 months according to the time line given by developers.
