St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) will have year-round service from Air Canada beginning this year, 2024.
Minister of Tourism Carlos James said on Tuesday that Air Canada flights from Toronto to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will resume after two years of summer service suspension.
James stated that the administration had successfully arranged year-round service from Toronto to the island.
“The summer schedule will commence Sunday, April 7th, through October 27th, with weekly service out of Toronto.” .
“We negotiated and worked closely with Air Canada and also shared that responsibility with some of our sister islands, Grenada, and we collaborated to ensure that we had year-round service to the destination from every source market.” .
Currently, Air Canada provides winter service to SVG from Toronto Pearson International.
Air Canada now operates four flights per week during the winter season: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
The Canadian airline launched service to St. Vincent in 2017.
