All Athletes Inc. (AAI) marks its third anniversary, celebrating three years of supporting student-athlete development, amplifying athlete voices and creating opportunities through sport in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
From August 2025 to August 2026, AAI continued to expand its work across collegiate pathways, athlete advocacy, education, community engagement and fundraising, while strengthening the network of individuals and organizations contributing to its mission.
Among the year’s major milestones was the continued progression of Saviola Blake, who completed his time at Allen Community College before advancing to Lander University, where he will continue his student-athlete journey at the NCAA Division II level.
Athlete visibility and advocacy remained another important area of focus. Throughout the year, 12 athletes were featured through AAI’s Athlete Spotlight, while the organization’s digital content reached more than 200,000 accounts globally, providing an expanding platform to showcase Vincentian athletes and their achievements.
AAI also successfully delivered six major events, including two Athlete Forums that brought athletes and professionals together for discussions extending beyond competition. Sessions addressed areas such as mental wellness and financial literacy, reinforcing AAI’s approach to athlete development as one that considers the individual both on and off the field of play.
Community support remained essential to delivering these initiatives. During the year, AAI worked alongside Bronze and Silver corporate partners. These contributions demonstrate the role that businesses can collectively play in creating sustainable opportunities for athletes.
As AAI enters its fourth year, the organization is seeking to deepen that involvement. Families and communities are encouraged to support young athletes, participate in AAI initiatives, volunteer and help create environments in which sport and education can develop together. Corporate partners are invited to go beyond traditional sponsorship by investing in athlete pathways, events and resources that address the practical barriers facing student-athletes.
The next phase of the organization’s work will focus on strengthening sustainable funding, expanding strategic partnerships and connecting more Vincentian athletes with educational and sporting opportunities locally, regionally and internationally.
Three years of progress have demonstrated what can happen when the nation takes collective responsibility for the development of sport.
