The duo were escorted to the Kingstown Magistrate Court on Monday, December 19, 2016 facing the charges before Senior Magistrate, Bertie Pompey. Cumberbath pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $4,000.00 to be paid in one month or face a 6 month jail term. The cash was forfeited. However the charge against Hutchins was withdrawn by prosecution .
