Bequia Fisherman Charged With Attempted Murder

(Police Press Release) – Police have been arrested and charged Zackeem Bess, 26 years old Fisherman of Paget Farm, Bequia with attempted murder.

Investigations revealed that the Accused allegedly with the intent to commit the offence of murder shot a 32-year-old labourer also of Paget Farm, Bequia with a flare gun on his neck.

The incident occurred at Paget Farm, Bequia about 10:50 pm on 09.10.2020.

Bess is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court for arraignment.
