The Early Childhood Learning Centre in Biabou will be Opened on Monday, October 5th, 2020.
This according to area representative Hon Gustas Stevenson in a Facebook post on Monday 21st September 2020.
He said some 29 children have already registered. The ECLC will cater to children within the 3-5 age range up to 40 children can be accommodated.
The playground facilities are also equipped with playground facilities.
