- ECCB Revokes BON Bank Ltd’s Banking Licence
The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) notifies that, in accordance with section 14(1)(e) of the Banking Act, No 1 of 2015, of the laws of Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, as amended, it has withdrawn BON Bank Ltd’s banking licence effective December 15, 2023.
BON Bank Ltd was absorbed into the operations of The Bank of Nevis Limited on January 31, 2023, and no longer conducts banking services. The Bank of Nevis Limited’s operations will be unaffected by this licence revocation.
The ECCB will issue a Notice of Revocation through the Gazette and a newspaper in
St. Kitts and Nevis.
