Our Valued Clients, We have upgraded our online banking platform to better serve you! Commencing Wednesday September 20, 2023, you will observe the following changes to your online banking interface:
1. An additional layer of security has been added as you log in. A code will be sent via text or to your assigned email address as a second level of verification to log in. If you are not ready to engage this feature, then you have an option to delay for 30 days by clicking the Remember Me box, when prompted.
2. You no longer need a Mobile ID to add a peer. Instead of entering Mobile IDs, you will now be prompted to input your Peer’s account type, Peer first and last name as well as their account number. As a security measure, a code will be sent via text or to your assigned email address which must be used to complete the request.
3. The capability now exists for multiple EFT and wire transfers to be batched and uploaded simultaneously. Additionally, when inputting wire transfers, a SWIFT Code directory has been added which allows you the ability to search for SWIFT Codes while creating messages. We have also increased the number of characters allowed so that you can expand your description when using EFT and wire transfer features.
4. You can now assign descriptions to transfers between your accounts.
5. When requesting a stop payment on cheques, the cheque number can now be up to 9 digits.
