Members of the New Democratic Party will not be in attendance at the inaugural ceremony of the Argyle International Airport on Tuesday, February 14^th.

NDP’s Vice President St. Clair Leacock told Candy Man on the Wake-Up Call today that the members will only attend the Military Parade and Flag Raising Ceremony, which will take place today from 4:30 pm.

“ The party feels that tomorrow essentially is a celebratory thing for the governing regime” Leacock added.

He further reiterated his support for the opening of the airport, adding that it is a ‘feel good feeling for Vincentians’.
