The fisher folks of Calliaqua now boost of an upgraded facility thanks to the Government of Japan.
In a ceremony held at the Calliaqua Fisheries Complex, two new refrigerated fish trucks were handed over.
Also, the complex saw the installation of new Chill Rooms, Ice Rooms and Cold Rooms for fish catches.
The handing over of enhanced fisheries equipment in Calliaqua was made possible by the Government of Japan.
