Celebrity Silhouette Makes Its Inaugural Call To St Vincent

As the cruise industry continues to grow, St Vincent and the Grenadines today welcomed the Celebrity Silhouette to port Kingstown.

The ship which is making an inaugural call to the southern Caribbean island brings with it over 2500 passengers and a crew of 1500.

The ship which cost some 640 million dollars to build is a Solstice-class cruise ship, owned and operated by Celebrity Cruises.

Port Kingstown will see some 13 calls for the rest of December with the next ship the MV Britannia docking in port on the 12th December.
