Police have arrested and charged Ezekiel Haywood, 43-year-old Farmer of Chapmans Village for Criminal Assault, on Tuesday 08th May, 2018 at 05:50 p.m.
According to investigations, on 27th April 2018 at 08:15 p.m. at Chapmans Village, Haywood without lawful excuse assaulted Debracia Joseph, 22-year-old Domestic of New Adelphi to wit, “By holding a cutlass at his neck” with intent to commit an offence to with “Bodily Harm”.
Haywood was expected to appear before the Georgetown Magistrate Court on 10th May, 2018 to answer the charge.
