On September 16, 2026, police arrested and charged Kimron Forde, a 29-year-old chef of Mayreau, with the offence of assault.
According to investigations, on June 28, 2026, the accused allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old student of the same address by slapping her on the right side of her face, causing actual bodily harm.
The offence was committed in Mayreau. Forde is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
