The Consulate of St. Vincent and the Grenadines under the leadership of Consul General Fitzgerald Huggins in collaboration with St. Vincent and the Grenadines Disaster Relief Initiative Platform (SVG-DRIP), along with friendly donors in Toronto and across the Diaspora in New York and Baltimore procured six infusion pumps for chemotherapy which were donated to the Modern Medial and Diagnostic Centre, Georgetown.
The donation of the equipment valued at the tune of US $4896.00 will be used to advance the work of the Medical Centre.
Senator The Hon. Keisal Peters handed over the equipment on behalf of the Consulate of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in Toronto, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Disaster Relief Initiative and other generous donors.
