Police arrested and charged Setia Harry, a 33-year-old Labourer of Chester Cottage for wounding, on 27th July 2018 at 6:55 a.m.
According to investigations, on 24th February 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at Chester Cottage, Georgetown, Harry unlawfully and maliciously wounded Isaacs Yearwood, a 47-year-old Chauffeur of Chester Cottage “By stabbing him in his chest with a knife”.
Harry appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate Court on 30th July 2018 and plead not guilty to the charge. The matter was adjourned to 24th September 2018 for trial.
