The Chill Spot Grill and Bar could soon be back in operation.
The Planning Division has placed advertisements in the newspapers stating that persons who have concerns can visit their office to view the plans submitted by the owners and that they have 14 days to do so and to state their objections.
Last month, Physical Panning moved into the Chill Spot and tore down structures they say were constructed without their permission, causing the closure of the popular restaurant and bar, with owner Lance Oliver claiming that over 20 persons would be on the unemployment line.
If no objections materialize to what is now before the Planning Board and which are now said to be in keeping with the board’s guidelines, then the Chill Spot Grill and Bar could become operational again soon.
