In preparation to host Phase Two of Exercise Tradewinds from 14-21 June, 2019, the Regional Security System (RSS) in collaboration with the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) and the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) have trained seventy (70) persons inclusive of emergency services personnel, first responders, senior public servants and NGOs in Incident Command Systems (ICS) and Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at NEMO Conference Room.
The training commenced on Monday April 29, 2019 and will conclude on Saturday May 4, 2019 with a closing ceremony scheduled to commence at 3:30 pm. Prior to the commencement of the closing ceremony, there will be a simulation exercise commencing from 1:30 pm.
