Police have arrested and Charged Anthony Charles, 45 years old Chauffeur of Colonarie with Motor Vehicular Manslaughter on 12.02.19.
On 20.04.15,, Charles allegedly being the driver motor vehicle H/V 848, drove the said vehicle dangerously along the Georgetown Public Road and caused the death of Mc Kayla Abbott a former resident of Byrea.
The accused man is expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court for preliminary proceedings.
