As Commissioner of Police, I wish to salute all of the mothers in the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) and by extension; all the mothers in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The job of a police officer is not an easy one, and when that is coupled with being a mother, it can be even more challenging.
So, it gives me great pleasure on this special day that is set aside internationally to celebrate mothers, to express my profound gratitude and that of all the other ranks of the RSVGPF; to all police officers who are mothers for their hard work, sacrifice and dedication to duty and country.
Happy Mother’s Day and may the almighty God continue to bless and protect you as you protect the citizens of SVG.
