The C.W Prescod Primary School and the CWP Fathers’ Support Group, will host the second annual Fathers’ Conference this Thursday June 14th under the theme, “Bridging the Gap: Fathers as Mentors”.
It will take place at the Frenches House, beginning at 4:15 pm. The conference is an initiative of the school, to get the fathers more involved in the lives and education of their children.
The objective of the conference is to help engage the fathers in the education of their children, where they will share practical life lessons to help prepare their children for life.
The conference speaker is Dr. Reynold Murray, educator, father and pastor.
There will be a small group break out session following the presentation.
The conference is organized by the CWP Fathers’ Support Group and the CWP Primary School in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
