All schools across the island will remain closed throughout the day as a trough system continues to affect the island.
There are reports of flooding in SandyBay, with electricity out in some areas of that community.
Early reports of a house being washed away in the Sandy Bay community was also reported to News784.

There have also been reports of heavy rains in the Chateaubelair community from around 1.30 am Tuesday morning.
A number of individuals reported damages to infrastructure on the Windward side of the island.
NEMO is advising residents living in landslide-prone areas and in areas along the riverbanks such as Buccament Bay, Rose Place, South Rivers, Spring Village, Vermont, Roucher Bay, Mesopotamia, Sandy Bay, Georgetown, Mt. Young, Byera, Gorse, Chateaubelair, Buddy Gutter, Calliaqua, Barrouallie, Layou and Fitz- Hughes, that moderate to heavy showers are expected over the next ew hours and that flooding may occur.
