Champion Pasta Agents & Distributors, Facey Trading LTD, located in Glen Road, Calliaqua, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, delivered on their promise of being an exemplary corporate partner.
In what was dubbed “Champion Pasta Cook-Off”, the event which was meant to showcase the talent of local cook’s, took place at O. T’s car park in Kingstown on Friday 18th October 2019.
Persons in a bid to display their culinary skills had ample time to do so as there were three sessions, 9 am, 12 noon, and 3Pm.
The event which was part sponsored by Finishing and Furnishing saw dishes being cooked on stoves from the household appliance outlet.
With the thousands who turn out, the judges had their hand full as exquisite delicacies keep turning out one after the other.
Hundred’s sampled the many dishes that littered the tables, the consensus was that Champion Pasta Agents & Distributors, Facey Trading LTD delivered.
The cooking left an indelible mark on the Hundreds who sampled and ate the finish dishes. The winners are listed below.
No one walked away emptied handed as Champion Pasta Agents & Distributors, Facey Trading LTD, made sure all participants were awarded prizes.
Operations Manager of Facey Trading SVG limited Claudius George, says the competition will take place in 2019, George said the company was pleased to be associated with such an event where cook’s, Chefs and Students could have showcase their skills.
George said everybody was a winner, from his sampling of all dishes he knew the competition would have been tight in the judging of participant’s.
Claudius George who is the Operations Manager of Facey Trading SVG limited thanked the owners of Finishing and Furnishing for making the car park available and the stoves used in the event, as he looks forward to collaborating with the company in 2019.
Owen Mayer’s Managing Director of Finishing and Furnishing said the company was proud to be a part of the event.
“The talent I saw displayed was just overwhelming, I did not anticipate such”.
I look forward to 2020, he said.
Other persons who complemented the cook’s and encouraged them to press on included Brand Manager for Facey Trading SVG Limited Dexter Thomas and Kathy Mayer’s Manager for Finishing and Furnishing.
Judging was done by Chef Shalon “AKKA” Johnson CEO of H20 Food Brands.
