Members of Port Orange-based PR Ministries recently traveled to St. Vincent to deliver technology donations and conduct community outreach across the island.
Joining the delegation was St. Vincent native Mackanda Barker, who grew up on the island and assisted the team in distributing computer equipment to local educational and religious institutions.
The mission focused on bolstering local educational and spiritual resources through direct technical assistance, providing 12 computer units to key community institutions.
| Recipient Institution | Equipment Provided |
|---|---|
| Rose Hall Government School | 10 computers |
| Kingstown Baptist Church | 2 computers |
Four representatives led the island mission, each bringing specialized operational and ministerial experience to the effort:
Pastor Rick Ciminello (Lead Pastor): Church Leadership & Business, Men’s Ministry, Prayer, Christian Counseling, Outreach, and Evangelism.
Teresa Ciminello: Prayer Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Bible Study & Bible School, Christian Counseling, and Outreach.
Ashley DeVeau: Praise & Worship, Women’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Outreach, and Social Media & Communications.
Mackanda Barker: Technical Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Outreach.
The initiative in St. Vincent reflects the guiding operational philosophy of PR Ministries, which emphasizes active service outside traditional church settings.
PR Ministries exists to take the Gospel beyond the walls of the church and come alongside pastors, churches, congregations, and communities with prayer, encouragement, practical support, and the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
To fulfill this overarching purpose, the organization structures its global outreach efforts around several key pillars:
Pastoral and congregational uplifting through dedicated prayer and mentorship.
Tangible community assistance, including hardware and educational equipment donations.
Direct evangelism and spiritual counseling tailored to local needs.
