Owned and managed by husband and wife team Leslie Jack and Carol Veira, Lola’s SVG is offering patrons a bistro-styled menu, as well as desserts and other treats to satisfy the sweet tooth.
“It’s a combination of two ideas. The dessert/café style of it was my idea, and Leslie’s idea was a café doing food and nice lunches – a bit more healthy than what you normally get… I guess the combination came together nicely!” enthused Veira.
Jack and Veira says that they are aiming to provide Vincentians with the foods they are familiar with – just with somewhat of a twist on the usual recipes, and improved quality.
