A full closure of all Government buildings, businesses and activities have been issued by the Acting Prime Minister — Montgomery Daniel.
All Emergency Shelters will continue to remain open.
The local Meteorological Office will provide update and coordinates of the system in a subsequent release.
All residents arc asked to take the necessary precautions as Tropical Storm Matthew is now formed and St. Vincent and the Grenadines is under a Tropical Storm Warning.
The National Emerge, Management Organisation (NEMO) will issue a further release by noon today.
