Celebrating its 14th edition, this unique eight-day festival invites visitors to discover the beautiful Caribbean island of Grenada through its world-renowned cocoa, locally crafted chocolate,
vibrant culture and warm hospitality. Under the theme “The Art of Chocolate – Grenada’s Cocoa, Creativity & Culture”, the festival will showcase the creativity and traditions behind chocolate, from cocoa farming and tree-to-bar production to gastronomy, art, wellness and music.
Visitors can look forward to an exciting mix of experiences, including cocoa estate visits, hands-on chocolate-making workshops, chocolate and rum tastings, cocoa-inspired dining, wellness activities and cultural celebrations. The 2027 festival also plans a unique opening celebration and the return of its popular Chocolate Street Food Night, bringing together local chefs, chocolate makers, farmers, musicians and the wider Grenadian community.
For centuries, cocoa has been part of Grenada’s agricultural heritage. Today, the island is increasingly recognised for its locally produced fine chocolate and commitment to ethical, sustainable cocoa production, with more of the value created remaining within Grenadian communities. Grenada Chocolate Fest celebrates this transformation while offering visitors the opportunity to meet the farmers and makers behind the chocolate.
