The National Lotteries Authority along with the government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lowmans Leeward Hardcourt facility.
This event will be held on Friday 23rd October 2020. The presentation will commence at 10:00 am at the site of the hard court in Gunn Hill located immediately after Ann Murphy’s Shop at the entrance to Maryfield Hospital gap.
