The Hon. Daniel Cummings, Minister of Health, Wellness and Energy recently received a courtesy visit from key officials of the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO).
The delegation included Dr. Amalia Del Riego, PAHO/WHO Representative for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Dr. Vishwanath Andy Partapsingh, Health Systems and Services Advisor (PAHO ECC), and Ms. Katrina Smith, PAHO Country Programme Specialist, along with other PAHO colleagues.
They were joined by technical officials within the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Energy, as discussions focused on continued collaboration, technical cooperation, and strengthening health systems to improve outcomes for the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
