The NDP’s Candidate for East Kingstown Fitz Bramble Says a water entertainment park at Sion Hill Bay will be among his 2020 plan for the constituency.
He says it includes dredging a part of the Sion Hill Bay making it possible to swim with dolphins, etc.
Bramble noted that the park would include restaurants and shops for locals.
“ The idea is to provide entertainment for locals as well as tourists, with its location close to the cruise ship berth the economic benefits are clear” Bramble said.
Bramble stated that the park would employ over 100 persons to operate and maintain it.
The construction phase would see the employment of some 250 -300 persons he said.
