Police in the Bahamas have launched an inquiry into the death of an American visitor on New Providence Island.
According to investigators, the 29-year-old male from Carbon Dale, Illinois, was discovered lifeless near the pool deck of a cruise ship on Wednesday about 10:30 a.m.
“The male was examined by the ship’s doctor and later pronounced dead.” “The investigation into this matter is ongoing,” police stated in a statement.
