Earlier this evening, a ceremony to commission the office of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of India to St Vincent and the Grenadines was held at the Murray Heights Hotel.
At this ceremony President of the SVG Indian Heritage Foundation Junior Bacchus was installed as Honorary Consul.
Additionally, a quantity of medical supplies were handed over to the Government of SVG from the Government of India.
The supplies are valued at over US$100,000.
