KERN Z MAYERS Wanted By Pennsylvania State Police Apprehend In St Vincent and the Grenadines.
KERN Z MAYERS who eluded the Pennsylvania State Police for the last 14 years was captured by Vincentian law enforcement officers on Thursday 10th December.
Mayers a 42yro Vincentian, is wanted by The Pennsylvania State Police, Fugitive Apprehension Unit, he is listed among their ten most wanted.
Pennsylvania State Police says that the capture of Mayers comes after they informed Vincentian authorities that he was hiding out in the Southern Caribbean Nation.
According to warrant details issued by Pennsylvania State Police , Kern z Mayers is wanted for an incident that occurred on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, at the Home Depot and Burlington Coat Factory Shopping Center on Mundy Street, Wilkes-Barre Township, Luzerne County.
Law enforcement attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Kern Mayers. In an attempt to flee from the police, Kern Mayers struck several vehicles and injured police officers.
After a vehicle and foot pursuit, Kern Mayers was captured. Kern Mayers was released from the Luzerne County Correctional Facility and then failed to attend his scheduled court hearing on January 25, 2006.
The warrant which was issued on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 includes the following charges:
Fugitive Aggravated Assault Institutional Vandalism Recklessly Endangering another Person Fleeing or attempting to elude police officer Accidents Involving Damage to an Attended Vehicle.
